I am looking at renting my beautiful Chermside Room out to the right person!
The property is currently vacant as I have done some nice renovations to keep it looking modern! The Bathroom is shared only with 2 people (including you)
I am open to anyone, and someone ideally who doesn't work from home. It's no big deal if you do work from home, we have WIFI and all! But It can help to keep the house quite. I prefer to host girls only so it is nice and safe (I wont be living there)
