This cosy home is fully furnished, in a very quiet, safe and well reputable area. The house is always kept clean and tidy, and offers lots of natural lighting.

Your room is carpeted and measures 4m x 3m with a built in wardrobe.

There is also a shared study for you to setup a desk and computer, the wardrobe in this room is also available if needed.

The house is in a prime location, only a 2 minute drive to the local local Woolworths & shops. A 20 minute drive to the CBD and a 5 minute drive to Chermside Westfields.

I have a 3yo Rottweiler who is very relaxed, friendly, loves a cuddle and to play fetch. He loves both people and other dogs. He is mostly outside but does sleep inside in a small restricted area on rainy or hot summer days.

The house has a large backyard and plenty of storage in the garage. All windows are barred.

Rent is $325 per week each ($650 per week between the 2 of us).
Bills total about $70 a month each ($30 internet, $40 electricity/water)
Bond is $1250 each. Ideally you sign onto the lease with me, current lease ends June 2026.

Vegetarian/vegan friendly (I am no longer vegan but was so for 10 years and can accommodate).
