Property is lovely, feels very spacious and our rooms are somewhat seperate so it doesn’t feel so crowded. There’s a cute lil balcony for a morning coffee or afternoon reading, maybe even a wine.
Only 1 air con fitted in the living room unfortunately though by the nature of the building it’s never hot and always a lovely breeze. 🍃

Hi I’m Gabrielle 🫶🏼
I’m 24, I work full time Monday-Friday. I’m pretty quiet, friendly and tidy. Absolutely love a weekly house reset and keeping things in order. When I’m not working I’m out walking, at the gym, spending time in nature or participating in whatever self care hyper fixation I may have. A peaceful cosy home is my vibe for sure.
The lease is up in August this year so if things go well and are meant to be then we could resign together or team up for a new place. I’ve decided your rent should be a little cheaper as my room has an ensuite and access to the balcony with a bigger wardrobe.
There’s also no wifi but if you decide to move in it can be organised 🩵
