Welcome to our cozy 5-bedroom family home!. We have one Double sized bedroom available and we’re looking for someone to move in on the 8th of February

Sharing with three others. All in their 20s, two of them are in healthcare and the last one is a support officer

The house is located in an excellent location, especially for Griffith students, hospital workers and CBD workers

🚶15 minute walk to Griffith University Nathan Campus (or 3 minute drive)
🚶1-minute walk from QEII Hospital (great if you’re on placement or working there)
🚌 ~2-5 minute walk to bus stops with frequent services to Griffth University, RBWH, PA, QCH, Mater Hospital, Garden City, Sunnybank shopping precinct, and the CBD (120, 122, 123, 124,125, and P119)

Bed 1 on Floorplan:
Furnished/Unfurnished Queen-sized bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe , private en-suite, and air-conditioning. Can be furnished with a double bed w/ bedframe and a big desk.

Bed 4 on floorplan:
Furnished/Unfurnished Double Bed Bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. It will be furnished with a double bed w/ bedframe and a big desk.
