About the flatmates
There are 3 people living in the house, 4 bedrooms in total.
One bedroom is getting vacant so we are looking for a new flatmate.
We are 28-30+ yo, full time workers, both males and females.
All Non-smokers, have No pets.
We don't throw parties here and prefer quiet, tidy and friendly atmosphere.
Don't mind a good conversation though.
The house shared area is cleaned regularly on a fortnightly basis by cleaners (it's included in the price).
You would need to keep your room clean and leave shared areas clean after yourself.
