About the flatmates
There are 3 bedrooms in the granny flat, lower floor of the house, the flat is fully self contained, one bedroom will not be rented as it's used for our family when they stay with us. The other room is currently being rented to a construction worker from New Zealand who is quiet and mostly keep it to himself.
