Hi, my name is Sean I live in a large queenslander home I designed and built 7 years ago with my 11 year old daughter and our 2 cats. (I have my daughter 70% of the time). The home is a large 5 bedroom residence with local shops very close by and transport buses close. The room available is large and with built in wardrobes fitted with drawers and a brand new queen size bed and unused new comfortable mattress.) Access to a shared clean spacious ensuite. I am seeking a non-smoking female only (as my daughter is only 11.) Board/rent is very reasonable as it includes all power, water, NBN usage, wifi, Netflix and binge usage. The place is cat friendly. (Absolutely NO dogs.) There is ample off-street parking available on the property. (No garage access unfortunately.) The home is friendly and is up for being social, however, there are 3 separate living spaces (living room) and (Home theatre/WFH office). I also currently live with my long term (3 years) female tenant whom is 45.) You will be child friendly or even a mother too as I have a daughter. Hope to hear from you, thanks Sean
