I’m a self-employed working professional who mostly works remotely and travels at times for work. I lead an active, health-conscious lifestyle regular gym workouts, staying active outdoors, and a preference for clean, home-cooked meals.

I value a quiet, respectful, and clean home. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also like the house to run smoothly, stay well maintained and clean, and remain a calm, low-stress place to live.

🤝 House Culture & Expectations

This is a low-stress low-traffic home (not a party house). A few simple guidelines help everyone enjoy the space:

Clean, calm and respectful atmosphere

Clean-as-you-go in shared areas (kitchen benches, stove, sink, fridge, etc.)

Shared cleaning schedule for common spaces (floors, bathroom, kitchen, bins)

Shoes off inside to keep it hygienic

Meals to be enjoyed in the dining/living area (snacks/drinks are fine in rooms)

Quiet after 10 pm (TV/music/calls kept low)

Occasional daytime visitors are fine with prior notice

No overnight guests (non-negotiable)

No parties

Appliances (cooktop, microwave, washing machine etc.) switched off after use (safety + energy)

Lawn mowing shared on a rotating basis

This home is not suitable for heavy drinking / frequent intoxication, drug use, constant visitors, or anyone looking for a “social house”.

It’s also a standard share-house and not an assisted-living arrangement, so it suits someone who can live independently (no regular in-home care/support visits).
