Hi there! My name is Indi, I am a 29 year old primary teacher looking for a roommate until the lease is up in April. If it works well living together, I would definitely be willing to sign another lease with this person.

I am looking for a roommate (preferably a female but open to males) who is willing to live in a sweet little 3 bedroom place. We will be sharing a bathroom however there is ample storage and a double vanity so we have our own space. There is a seperate second toilet also. Decent sized kitchen and small spare room for storage if needed.

I have a 35kg Australian Bulldog called Gus who is absolutely the most funny, wrinkly, lovable and chunky little boy. He does shed hair, however I make sure to keep the floors as clean as I can. He will stay out of your room/space, however he is an inside dog. Because of his big juicy lips, he can have a bit of drool occasionally. Once again, I endeavour to keep the house clean.

I am looking for someone who is not a clean freak, but a tidy enough person. Ideally I’d like someone I can build a friendship with so that living together is fun.

The house is situated in Deagon, only 30 mins from the city, walking distance to a train station and buses. Walking distance to shops and right off the highway. It’s a great location!

The right candidate would have to be willing to meet for coffee before hand to make sure we are comfortable and agree on living arrangements. More than happy for people to come check the place out also!
