Looking for a young professional to take up one of the unused guest rooms. The house is a short,15min drive from Redcliffe or North Lakes, and the USC Petrie campus is within driving/public transport distance.
The main bathroom and toilet would be all yours and the shared areas are all fully furnished! The room offered (in photo) is unfurnished, but there is a furnished option with a bed available too. Every bedroom has its own air-con too, so nobody has to rough out the heat!
Finally, there's of space to chill and relax! The house has an upstairs reading space, a covered awning area filled with herbs/fruiting plants, and a small outdoor space at the front to get some sun.
