The house is quite tidy and organised so that I hope to share with housemates who are also careful and clean.
Location is close to bus stops and Aldi in Deception Bay. It takes about 5 mins driving to Woolworths or Coles, 8 mins driving to Costo, Bunnings, Officeworks and other stores in North Lakes, 9 mins driving to Rothwell Trainstation with huge carparking area. I like this station because I never need to worry about finding a parking.
There are security gate, visitor parkings, and other amenity like swimming pool in the community.
