Hey Guys, aim lining up someone for august!!

pics are old and I cant take new pics as phone camera is broken.

The full rent is $600 a week however you will only pay half $300 a week and then all bills will be split into 2 when they come in..

There is myself 33, and my current housemate whom I have asked to move on, so waiting for her to find something and then Ill have an opening For August!...

Given my last 2 attempts at this , I am very very sceptical and im scared. But I need someone in.

I Work in Disability support so will be doing support work

Please NO animals as I have a cat and dog Already ❤️❤️❤️ Both very loveable and cheeky.

You must be working,a be clean and tidy, No smoking or if you do, outside. BUTTS must go in the bin not on the ground. And in general just be respectful. This is my safe place and my home and im very proud of what I have achieved on my own.

Male or female is welcome.. No couples as my house is quite small.

All you need is bedroom furniture!!! And please dont be afraid to uterlise the house :-)

-respectful and able to fit out vibes...
-Help around the house , Vac, mop ,dust. Simple :-)
-Help with yard if thats something your into.
-Keep on top of your dishes and enjoy the home as if it was yours ...
-No strangers to come around though.
-No drama to be brought to the house :-)
