About the property
There are three bedrooms here, one is about the same size as my room and the other is a bit larger. Two aircons, one in the lounge and one in my room, perfect for summer. There are also fans in every room. The kitchen is small but fully functional. There is only one bathroom in the house, so that is shared. I have a washing machine and dryer, no dishwasher though. The backyard and front yard do require weekly maintenance, so this would be a regularly shared task. The shops and bus station are just at the end of the street, and the bay is very close as well.

About the flatmates
Hi I’m Leo, both of my roommates are moving out in April so I’m looking for 1-2 people to share the house with. I have a cat, his name is Lionel and he’s quite friendly. That does mean no other pets though. I like a quiet and clean house, as well as no smoking or drugs. Ideally, I’m looking for people who are studying and/or working, are tidy and more on the quiet side like myself.
