We live in a nice quiet area surrounded by koala habitat with lovely parks and walking tracks. the home is very spacious with a lovely outdoor area for relaxing. The house has ceiling fans and air conditioning and the room is furnished with a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps and built in cupboards. Would prefer a non smoker but not a deal breaker. Would have bathroom to yourself except when we have visitors which isn't very often. Very close to North Lakes. Room is available
