$320/week inclusive of all bills. I am looking at renting out a medium-large sized room (in a 4 bedroom townhouse, with all the whistles and bells) for a short-long term contract 3-12 months or longer if we get along (which is quite easy). You will have your own room upstairs (airconditioned and ceiling fan) with 95% exclusive use of own bathroom/toilet unless on a rare occasion if either of us has a visitor. A professional male currently reside at the townhouse (downstairs). Preference is for a female housemate/flatmate who works and also has a balanced lifestyle (male housemate has bathroom and ensuite downstairs). One upstairs bedroom turned into an office that can be shared as office space.
It is fully furnished or adjustments can be made (though you need your own bedroom linen). 6 minute drive to Richlands train station

**Ideally would prefer someone very respectful, mature, very tidy, willing to take turns to vacuum/clean the common areas once a fortnight.
