It doesn't let me say it, but it's TWO rooms and a bathroom all to yourself! One room has aircon, and I would use it as the bedroom, then the other room you could have as an office or chill-out space. It's separated in the hallway by a temporary curtain fixture for extra privacy, and I'm getting new door handles with locks installed on the bedroom doors soon for that sense of security.
There's a woolworths a 4 minute walk from the property, which is also where the bus stop is. Public transport isn't the *best* here, but it's not impossible! I've been using it since May without too much pain.
The neighbours are all really chill. It's a quiet area, the most noise comes from a couple of small dogs in the area, but even then, I only notice them because Biscuit (my dog) hears them and starts grumbling.
This space is really good if you work from home, or just want some more space to yourself for a bit more of a reasonable price.
I have a couple pieces of furniture that you can use if you want, a set of drawers, bedside tables, that sort of thing. But if you don't that's cool too, I'm in the process of selling some stuff so I can just add it to the list.
I currently don't have wifi going because I have so much mobile data, but if it's something you're keen on, I'm definitely up to share that.

I'm a queer Trans Man currently living alone with my dog Biscuit (8yo Cavoodle). I work part time (hybrid) in a peer support role, and am studying Social Work full time. I am home a bit both for work and study, but once uni kicks into gear properly I'll probably be out a bit for that.
Biscuit is a sooky baby and if I'm not at home but you are, he'd love to sit by you while you do your thing. If that's not wanted, I'm happy to set up a baby gate and he'll get used to it.
My partner visits twice a week usually, but we're trying to get our pets to like each other (cat+dog.. it's a process), and once I can drive in April, I'm very likely to be taking Biscuit and staying the night there semi-frequently as well.
I like my own space, but I'm down for chats and to hang out a bit as well! My only necessity is reasonable comms about how we live. If you're not up for chats (or we have conflicting schedules or whatever), I have a whiteboard for little notes to make sure we're on the same page and living comfortably together.
I'm a casual gamer and if it's something you're into, you're welcome to use my playstation or my switch!
I love a hike, am starting to get into bird spotting, and love an adventure. I volunteer at a couple orgs and help out at 4ZZZ every once in a while.
If you're keen on the place, please keep in mind that you have to be LGBTQIA+ friendly.
