Hi, my name is John, i have just purchased the townhouse and looking to rent a room out with your own private bathroom. The house will be fully furnished except the bedroom. All new appliances Fridge, washer and dryer. I am a fairly tidy person and respect the privacy of others, happy to share a meal maybe even at the local on a Sunday if you are up for a pub lunch. I have a Toy cavoodle and he is house trained. I work Monday to Thursday. I enjoy my down time but also happy for a chat and a coffee in the morning. I am happy for visitors but want to be clear no sleep overs, I will also be considerate. It’s just that I have been there before and it always ends up not feeling like your own home. Depending on your car you can have the lock up garage. All bills included except for food. If you feel like it may work for you let me know and we can grab a coffee or tea to see if the vibe feels ok
