This property is in a gated community, 5 minutes from the M1. It is located 30mins from Brisbane and 40mins from the Gold Coast. This house is furnished, but I don’t have a dining table. The bedroom being offered does not have a ceiling fan and can get warm so it is recommended you have a good fan or your own portable AC unit. The lounge room downstairs has an AC unit and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher. You’ll have your own private bathroom along with your bedroom, situated on the second floor.
