About the property
Hi, my name is Em and I have a dog called Florence who is 6. I work full time Monday-Friday and have a work from home day on Weds or Fridays.
You will have your own bathroom aside from when my family comes to visit from NZ which is very rare and one week max.
I take care of the housework in the main house and just happy for someone else to keep their own space clean.
Internet, power and water $100 per month
Bus station is a 5 minute walk from the property and Mt Gravatt Westfield a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
My dog Florence is lovely but she does bark sometimes and particularly when people leave the house.
Looking for someone to stay with me and Flo for 3-5 months :)
