Hi, I am looking for a female housemate to share my 3 bedroom house located in the leafy suburb of Forest Lake. She is preferably someone employed, neat, responsible and easy going. Unfortunately, no more pets as I have a dog in the property already.

The property is in cul de sac and is quiet, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful trees.

There is a bus stop straight to the city, which is about 1km from the property.

Richlands Train station is only a few minutes drive.

Forest Lake shopping centre is 5 minute drive from the property.

The house is near the industrial estate of Wacol, suburbs of Goodna, Browns Plains and the bustling Springfield areas. They can all be accessed by buses a few minutes walk from our doorstep. So if your job is in one of these suburbs, this house is perfect.

The kitchen, bathroom and living areas will be shared. You will have privacy as the rooms are provided with doorknobs with lock. There are off street parking available.

Internet is available and all utility bills are included in the weekly rent.
