You will find yourself living in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.
You will have your own furnished room and share bathroom with only one male student. Two other housemates (the couple) use their own bathroom in their ensuite in the front area of the house.
Your room is next to a study room in the far end side of the house with the kitchen and living area in the middle of the house, giving you much privacy. Three of us live in 2 rooms in the front end of the house with another seperate living room.
You are close to everything: 5 minute walk to Forest lake shopping center, lake and bus stop to the city (bus route: 100, 118, 101…); 7 minute drive to Richlands station with free parking.
If you study or work near the city, you can take bus or train easily from here. For example: take bus 100 (every 15 minute - or 5 minute early in the morning - to PA hospital, Woolloongabba from which you can take another bus to University of Queensland, or to Mater Hills then the city.
