About the property
We are renting out a queen room furnished or unfinished, the bathroom will be solely yours as we utilise our own. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces you will have your own pantry space and we can accomodate your own fridge if wanted. The room is not air conditioned but the house is a you are welcome to bring and use a portable AC if preferred. The room has a built in wardrobe.
Forest Lake is a lovely area and the shopping centre is only a 20-30 minute walk away. Public transport is great and there are bus stops very close by. Our street is quiet and safe. We have Netflix, prime and Disney + subscriptions.

About the flatmates
We are a young family with two small children. Both adults in the house work full time and the children attend daycare 5 days a week. We have one senior dog who stays outside. He is low noise and low maintenance. You are welcome to have guests over but we would like prior notice and we will provide notice to you if we intend to have guests too.
