Beautiful Valley apartment | professional household | ideal for working holiday visa or international student | fully furnished, move in ready.

We’re a professional couple with a stunning apartment that we’ve loved living in for 15+ years. We share the space with one working visa roomie and are looking for our final roomie in our happy, established home.

Right now, we have one room available and are hoping to welcome someone friendly, independent, and easygoing. Ideally someone on a working holiday visa or an international student.

The place is fully furnished (and we are not minimalists), so you won’t need to bring a thing, just yourself!

If you’re someone who wants a communicative, positive, beautiful home base while exploring Brisbane or focusing on work or study. you’ll feel very welcome here.

Important heads-up if you’re considering the loft room:
This is an inner-city sharehouse, and while the apartment is well insulated compared to others nearby, it’s still in the heart of the Valley, so you’ll hear some street noise (cars, buses, and yes, our cats doing 3am zoomies).

The bedroom is located just off the entry to the apartment and is a completely private, enclosed room. It overlooks the internal courtyard, so it’s quiet, leafy, and nicely separated from the main living and kitchen areas. It’s a great setup if you value your own space, privacy, and a bit of calm at the end of the day.

As with any shared apartment, you’ll still be sharing a home with other humans (and two cats), so there will be normal day-to-day sounds and cooking smells in common areas. We cook a mix of foods, including meat, but the bedroom itself is well removed from the kitchen and living zones, making it a lovely retreat.

• We’ve lived here 15+ years and absolutely love our space — it’s calm, beautiful and feels like home
