Please note that the parking space is currently in use, though you may be able to arrange one internally if needed.
The apartment itself is fully furnished with high-quality, luxury furnishings (not shown in the images). You’ll have a comfortable bed, a built-in wardrobe, and your own private ensuite bathroom for added convenience.

About the flatmates
We’re a professional couple with a spare room and private bathroom available, and we’re in a position to support someone who may be having difficulty finding accommodation. We’re focused on finding the right fit for our home and would ideally prefer a FIFO arrangement. For the right person, we’re happy to offer rent inclusive of bills.
There’s no urgency for someone to move in—we’re more interested in finding someone who respects the space and aligns with an easy going lifestyle. The room is available for short or long term, with the option to extend if it’s a good mutual fit. So could be anywhere between 1 week to 12 months.
Electricity, hot water, water (billed separately), and internet are additional costs unless otherwise agreed, we can bundle it with the right arrangement.
We enjoy cooking and often prepare shared meals for the household (typically lunch or dinner depending on the day). You’re welcome to join in and share groceries or handle your own food independently. Cleanliness in shared spaces is important to us, and we expect the same from anyone living with us.
One of us works locally in Fortitude Valley, while the other travels interstate during the week and works from home when in town.
