The apartment is perfectly located in the Valley, making it incredibly convenient to get around. You can walk to the train station in 5/6 mins, walk into the CBD in 15 mins or down to Howard Smith Wharves in 15 mins which really makes the area so accessible.
It’s a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment and I would be in the en-suite room, so there’s plenty of room and privacy. The shared living area has air conditioning, and the bedroom has a powerful ceiling fan, which has been more than enough to stay cool and comfortable.
There’s also a rooftop on level 8 that’s perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the sun.
The property is double glazed and stays quiet. You might hear occasional music on a Friday or Saturday night but beyond that it is quiet when you need it to be.
The building has lifts and stairs, visitor parking and an outside rooftop.

Hey, I’m in my 30s and originally from the UK, now living in Brisbane. I work full-time in the office, so I’m out of the apartment every day. I value a calm and tidy home. I enjoy being out, socialising and keeping busy, so I’m not home a great deal during the week or weekends.
Looking for someone who works on a similar schedule Monday - Friday and not WFH or bar work hours etc.
$400 per week with bills shared equally.
I have listed for 6 months initially with the view to extend thereafter if everyone is happy to do so but I can be flexible on length of stay and move in date.
