This is the quiet end of the valley, so you wont be hearing the hustle and bustle of the nightclubs from the room.
You'll be renting an unfurnished private room with your own bathroom, shown as BED 2 on the floorplan (pics of room are for reference).
The bedroom has ducted air-con and a ceiling fan.
I have a robot vaccuum, so the floors are routinely cleaned and mopped.
Car park is not included, but spots are often rented out from other building residents.
Must be okay with pets, as two friendly cats share this space too.
You'll get access to the building's gym and pool.
Secure bike cages are available in the basement.
