You will be sharing this 2-bedroom apartment with a 2nd Year university student who works part-time in retail and out-of-school-hours care. I'm looking for a flatmate who is a similar age and at a similar stage of life.

During the uni semester, I'm out during the day and working afternoons/evenings. I'm a night owl but am not bothered if you're not.

Finding a flatmate who is tidy and who is prepared to share the cleaning responsibilities is a priority for me.

The apartment is fully-furnished. Your bedroom has a double bed and mattress, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, ducted reverse cycle air-con. There is new timber-look flooring throughout.

Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, in-sink water filter, large fridge with ice maker.  

Large complex which has pools, recreation area, gym.
In a great location close to train station, buses, RBWH, show grounds, live music venues, etc. Metro bus route which runs direct to UQ and train station.
