About the flatmates
Hello!
Short notice but my current house mate is moving out for he dose not like the overall traffic in and out of the Vally and the noise that comes with living in such a lively area.
As for me I am a quite person by nature mostly staying in my room while not at work. I have a cat so you must be pet friendly or at least be willing to accept that there is a cat with the house and not leave the screen door open randomly.
Out side of that all I want is someone to take over the room and pay rent. Out side of that not much else is required. You will have the only room with aircon in it but if you would rather the master bed room and endure the heat of the master bed room that can be arranged. The lease ends in June / July and depending on how well we go together I am willing to stay or go depending on how life is at the time.
