The apartment is furnished (couch, TV, washing machine, fridge) however the room is empty - I am happy to negotiate if you require furnishings.
We have a communal gym and pool and outdoor area on level 6 which you'll have full access to.
There is also the option to book out private spa's and cinema rooms so if you want to invite people over for a party - those are great options.
We are right beside the Fortitude Valley station so access to trains, busses and Woolies are top notch.
You will have the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Also, must be a fan of Norman, a 15 year old cat from NZ.

I moved to Brisbane 2 years ago from NZ and I brought my cat Norman. We've lived here since and are looking for someone to join our home. I've recently turned 30 and gone through a separation. It would be nice to have someone in the same life chapter of me; but open to anyone!
I work from home 4 days a week so I do have a desk set up by the kitchen. I also game occassionally so if you like gaming - we could always party up and jam a bit!
I like a mix of being social and having my own time. Movie nights or having a few drinks and chats on the weekend is up my alley - but also happy to chill and do our own thing.
I am also a big metal head so if you need a concert buddie - I'm your gal!
