About the property
Looking for 1 or 2 flatmates in Goodna. Currently a 27 yr old female staying here.
It is a 3 bedroom townhouse. Two rooms is currently available. Room sizes: 3m x 3m. One room is $175 with the fan, the other room is $190 with aircon.
Prefer to do 3 months initially to make sure we vibe and then can discuss/agree to longer term. Rent is paid fortnightly. We will share the water and electricity bill.
Close to the shops, public transport, highway (3mins drive). 30min walk from train station.
It is a quiet place- a townhouse inside a complex of roughly 90 other town houses. This complex has access to a gym and a playground.
Shared living spaces downstairs (e.g. lounge room, dining, kitchen). Air con downstairs. Share the fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine. Shared bathroom with flatmate.
NBN internet is available- included in the rent price and hot water gas bottles.
Parking- there are visitor car parks you can park in within the complex.
There is a single mattress and frame if you wish to use too in one room and a queen bed frame and mattress in the other room.

About the flatmates
Hey hey! I am a 26 yr old female who would like to share my townhouse with you. I have lived here for nearly a year now. I am a teacher who is mostly out and about throughout the week/weekend. I like to rock climb, hit the gym, have a few friends/family over for dinner etc.
Together, we keep the place clean. So, clean up after yourself and share the load aka. taking out the bins, dishwasher, vacuuming/mopping. I don't mind watching TV or having a drink.
Ages between 20 to 30 and no pets.
