House is really clean and tidy. Cool outdoor, jacuzzi and close to all commodities. 25 mins drive from Brisbane (you need a car - can help you to buy your first car) - 5 mins drive from train station, 2 mins drive from woolies.
House is located in goodna.
Must love dog, be really respectful of the house and overall clean and tidy.
