We are looking for a non smoker only to move in, drug free and clean criminal history.

Must have a mature nature and be well communicated, able to get on well with others in the house, help with maintain a clean share house, contributing to cleaning, every one must do there share.

Some one that can pay there rent on time and fit in to the existing environment.

3 bed room duplex, share bath room and share kitchen, close to shops and transport, bus stop on the street, train station down the road. parking is available.

Rooms are furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe and fan. The kitchen is also equipped and functional which is requested to be clean at all times, you will just need to bring your own bedding.

I am looking for a responsible, neat and employed house mates.

Water, power and wifi is included in rent. I would also require 3 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.

My house is chilled and quiet, strictly not a party house and drugs are not welcome.

Huge back deck has bush views with bird life.

We will only give a week notice if we want you to leave, also if the place doesn't suit, you give only a week notice.

We only want the right people.

1 Week notice each way is fair.

Police criminal history check will be done, rental reference are required.

Those that can provide them are desirable.
