Needing a short time stay? Short Term Stay available from 9th February until 9th March

We have 2 spare room/s up for rent in a large double story house in Hawthorne, which is a 10 minute walk to Hawthorne ferry or a 15 minute walk to the Morningside train station. Lots of on street parking on a wide, quiet street.

The room/s itself are extra large with mirrored wardrobes, it is 2 rooms but they are divided by a sliding door/wall that can be locked, so could also be one big room for someone who works from home or wants a extra large walk in robe. Each room is 3.8 X 3.8.

Both rooms have ceiling fans, split system air con/heating and block out blinds and we have two spare beds with good mattresses.

You’ll also have your own bathroom next to the bedrooms.

Downstairs (where the rooms are) also has a theatre room with its own kitchenette and this is set up with a lounge and TV, which we never use so can be used as your own lounge room and kitchenette.

House has 2 balcony's so you would have your own private balcony also.

The theatre room also have a spare bed and side tables.

House is fully furnished apart from your bedroom, but we do have an extra spare bed frame and great matress if you need it

Large kitchen upstairs with high quality cooking utensils, large washing machine and dryer. Plus outdoor built in BBQ.

If you have spent time or lived in Hawthorne before you know its probably one of the best inner city suburbs in Brisbane. Only takes 3 minutes to New Farm park or 15 minutes to Eagle St on the ferry which is less than 10 minute walk away.

And place is close to Oxford street with plenty of shops, cafes, resturants, cinamas, woolworths etc.

Or negotionable to take both rooms for a single person/Couple/friends.
