We also supply a fortnightly cleaner, who takes care of all the common areas and bathrooms...YAY!!. Unlimited Internet. Zone 2 with Bus, train and Citycat transport closeby. Close to Bulimba's restaurant strip and Cinemas. Gym across the road, (brand new ClubLime gym). and close to City bike path if you want to ride to the city. We have spare bikes for you to use as well. Internet, Electricity, water, and fortnightly cleaner for common areas, and even toilet paper is included in your rent. About the flatmates
The current housemates all in their mid 20's to early 30's. We have girls from Japan, India, and Turkey. They are house proud, clean and considerate girls. Friendly and have formed a great friendship. Everyone gets along well. Maybe this will ring true, but maybe not. We have a rule in place of no Boyfriends sleeping over. You may think it unfair, but the girls do not know your Boyfriend, and they deserve to feel safe in their own home. The rule is for everyone's benefit. If the girls that live in the house do have Boyfriend, they can sleep over at their houses, and their 'Partners' understand completely. They want their girl to feel safe in their own home too. Or put the shoe on the other foot, imagine if you couldn't stand one of the other girls Boyfriends. He is either creepy, or just annoying....and he is there every chance he gets. So awkward. The girls just want to live in peace....drama free. He can come in for dinner or to pick you up for an outing....but not sleep there...otherwise he might just get used to it.
