If you take on this opportunity, you will have access to two bedrooms including the two wardrobes as well. Can use one as bedroom and one as office, the choice is yours. You will also have access to a full sized bathroom across the hall, completely for yourself.
I'm more than happy for you to use any and all my appliances (washer, dryer and fridge) as well as cutlery, crockery and utensils for cooking or eating.
I don't have anything in the living space so its left to interpretation of what you'd like to do with it.
The back alfresco is very small, but great for a small BBQ or seating arrangement. Again, if you move in the choice is yours.
Additionally, I park my car on the driveway into the flat, so the garage is completely free for use as well.
