Quiet street close to the city, a 10 minute walk from Indooroopilly shopping centre, yet set in a serene pocket amongst the trees.
Large pool and comfortable interior overlooking the bush.
Back and front deck, large living and dining, sun room/book room and front room with day bed.
The room can be furnished with a double bed and side table or unfurnished.
The front room with built in day bed will also be your area. The pantry is in this room, apart from this non built in furniture can be removed if desired and it can be set up as an additional TV room for your use only. There is an additional tv and fetch box not currently in use.
Water, pool maintenance included in rent. I don’t have internet as I’ve just used my hotspot, but happy to set up and share. Only bill on top of rent is electricity.
There is a resident dog - Mia - so definitely looking for someone who loves dogs as she rules the house.

Currently work in hospitality so I get home around 9pm, I am currently making the shift to a 9-5 however.
I study psychology part time, love the gym, exercise, art and cooking. Mia my dog is my daughter and best friend and I spend most of my time away from work with her.
I’m a bit of a homebody and I like to keep a clean and tidy home. I’m always up for a chat and to enjoy a good meal together, but also love and respect quiet time alone.
