About the property
The room is at the front of the house, lovely and light and has both AC and a ceiling fan. It has a big built in wardrobe so plenty of storage space and comes with a desk if you need/want it. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.
The house is massive and has two separate living areas, and two kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a big deck so it never feels cramped. There are 4 other flatmates (post-grad students and young professionals in their 20’s) and we enjoy hanging out with the occasional movie or games night, weekend beach trip etc, while also respecting each other’s space and need for downtime.
The house is in a super convenient location - 2 minute walk from Indooroopilly shopping centre and bus station/interchange and 8 minute walk to the train station. Super easy to get into the city/UQ.
Looking for someone friendly and responsible who matches our vibe, ideally able to stay for at least 6 months (the lease ends in July, but we’re hopeful of renewal). If interested please send me a message with a little something about yourself :)

About the flatmates
There are 4 other flatmates (students and young professionals aged 24 to 29). The upstairs of the house is shared with 2 girls and the downstairs is 2 guys. We enjoy hanging out with the occasional movie or games night, beach trip on the weekend etc. However, we also respect each others space and enjoy our downtime.
