We have a room available in our house on a leafy street in Indooroopilly. The house is less than a 5 min walk to high frequency buses to both the city and the University of Queensland St Lucia campus. We're also only a 10 min walk to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre (supermarkets, gym, retail therapy, cinemas).
The available bedroom is unfurnished, with a built in wardrobe/mirror and a ceiling fan. Can fit a double bed and a desk.
The rest of the house is fully furnished.
We do have a couple of bills separate from the rent:
Internet (NBN unlimited) - $29 each per month
Electricity - approx $80-$100 each per quarter
Gas (hot water and cooking) - approx $80-$100 each per quarter
Water is included in the rent.
