About the property
The property is a spacious, well-maintained home with four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are currently occupied, while the other two are spare, one is used as a home office/computer room (which is the room we’re listing for rent) and one is kept as a guest room.
The room we’re offering will be empty by default. If needed, we can provide the guest room’s double bed and bedside table temporarily until you have your own furniture. Alternatively, if you already have your own bedroom furniture, you’re welcome to bring it and set up the room however you’d like.
There are two bathrooms: one private ensuite, one shared bathroom (which would be used by the new housemate and one current household member), and toilets both upstairs and downstairs for convenience.
The house also has free, accessible street parking and is clean, comfortable, and suits someone who values a calm, respectful environment.

About the flatmates
We’re a calm, friendly household of three people in our late 20s, all working full time. The house is well-established, respectful, and not a party house, more a relaxed, comfortable place to come home to.
We currently have two spare rooms and are putting feelers out about filling one of them, while still keeping a guest room. With rental prices increasing and rentals becoming harder to find, we feel this could be the right move for the household. We’re looking for someone reliable, easygoing, and happy joining an existing home.
We also have a 7-month-old kitten who is friendly, affectionate, and trained. We’re really sorry, but we cannot accommodate any other animals, so this house wouldn’t suit a tenant moving with a pet.
