We're looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to join our household! Our house is nestled in a quiet back street, featuring timber floors, one bathroom, separate toilet, and a lovely grassy yard.

Ideal housemate:
- Eco-conscious
- Cleans up after themselves
- Non-smoker
- Queer-friendly
- Considerate of noise levels during sleeping hours (10pm - 8am)
- 22 years old or above

We take pride in keeping our home clean and tidy, with a shared cleaning roster. Our house is furnished, but there's flexibility for your room to be furnished or unfurnished.

Room details:
- 4m x 2.9m with large built-in cupboard and ceiling fan
- Currently furnished with a single bed, small desk, and chair
- Limited storage space, best suited for someone with minimal belongings

Other essentials:
- Street parking only, but there's always a spot out front
- Rent includes water and internet; power is extra (approx. $180/person/quarterly)
- Bond = $800
- Not a party house

You'll be sharing with Audrey (42, environmental scientist, works from home) and Sparky (35, ecologist)

We have 4 months of lease minimum as of the 25/01/2025 with no rent increases due
