The Location:
- Super close and convenient for Kelvin Grove QUT university, shopping village/markets, multiple bus stops etc. all within 5 minutes walk! Plus Red Hill just on the other side with cafes, cinema etc.
- Also convenient to other good suburbs like Newmarket, Ashgrove, etc.
- Very quiet despite being so close to the city (approx. 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk to CBD) as it is on a steep side street and sheltered block with nice neighbours

The Logistics:
- $213 per week ($206.50 rent, plus $6.50 unlimited high speed wi-fi internet)
- Electricity, gas and water bills split equally 3 ways each quarter when they arrive (approx. past averages per quarter: electricity $150 each, gas $40 each, water $30 each)
- You would need to apply to go onto the lease/tenancy agreement with the real estate before moving in (i.e. be approved by the owners first and pay $873 bond). Our current lease ends in October 2026 (but we've rented here since April 2023 and hope to keep renewing the lease as long as possible).
