About the flatmates
Hi,
I am looking for a friendly flatmate to stay in a ensuited master double bed oom with its own bathroom and toilet is available from 27 February, 2026.
You will live with three other students who also work. Cleaning duty is shared. 6 month minimum stay is required. Big Airconditioning in the living room can cool down the entire house in summer and keep it warm in winter.
The house is located just 1km from QUT and 3,5km from the CBD, 500m from the Aldi supermarket and 800m from Coles and New Market Village. Public transport is amazing, with 5-minute walks to bus stops near Aldi, which depart every 3 minutes and take you to the city in 10 minutes. You can also bike to CBD for 30 minutes.
