Welcome to our home! 🌱

Our housemate is moving to Amsterdam, so we’re looking for someone to fill her spot in our lovely home!

Our house is located on a quiet street in Kelvin Grove. We’ve got a great spot here right near bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, and heaps of good food places.

We are conveniently located with everything you need including:

- 6-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus ride is ~10-minutes to the city.
- 5-minute drive to Newmarket Village, grocery shops, restaurants, and many other surrounding cafes.
- Adjacent to Enogerra Creek Bikeway if you enjoy going on walks, runs, and/or cycling.
- 5-minute drive to QUT Kelvin Grove campus.

We have a shared open-plan living room and office. Our kitchen (with electric stove and dishwasher) opens onto a beautiful deck.

The room comes unfurnished with a large built-in wardrobe and air conditioning unit. The wardrobe has plenty of storage and hanging space with an additional storage compartment above it. The room dimensions are 2.9m x 3.0m (not including wardrobe space).

We're a social and easygoing sharehouse who enjoy each other's company, so are looking for someone similar who’s keen to join in on the vibes. We love housemate walks, listening to music, having some friends over, and movie nights!

With all that said we are also mindful of one another and keep the house nice and clean and respect each other's personal space :)

It’s the sweet spot between chill and fun—plenty of room to do your own thing, but not a house where everyone stays in their room. If that sounds like your vibe, send a message and tell us a bit about yourself!

Bills are not included, we pay electricity and internet which works out to be ~$25/week. No couples sorry and no pets :(
