The move out date IS negotiable, around Late January through till Feb. you'll probs need to come look at the place and meet the girls before moving in.
The room doesnt come fully furnished but if you wanted a double bed more than happy to negotiate a cheap price for her.

I've lived in this cutie house for 1 year now with 5 of the sweetest girls ever. This is a GIRLY sharehouse, she's beautiful and full of art and plants and life.
All the girls are so lovely and love to have fun, hang and have parties. She's a social house but even though there 6 girls total in the house its so spacious and everyone is always out and doin something.
