Rent is $300 per week. It includes $30 per week for electricity and water bills, and $15.00 per week for unlimited NBN internet – nothing else to pay. Lovely back deck; new washing machine and dryer; storage space, large plasma TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, and large fridge etc. To share upstairs house with single mother, lovely 18 year old son, ‘Talulah’ our fluffy white Moodle puppy, ‘Tika’ our Pomeranian and ‘Saffy’ our Balinese cat - must love animals. Smoking OK outside only. Tidy, friendly, laid-back household, who all get on well. 3 QUT students live in totally separate half house downstairs. (with their own kitchen, living area, deck, bathroom etc.)

Close to city (30 min walk/3 min drive); 200m to corner store; 100m to bus stop; ALDI supermarket 1/2 a block away, 4 blocks from Coles, a Bakery, new Cinema with great restaurants, Newsagency and assorted shops. QUT 10 minutes walk.

Prefer 20 years or older; must be easy-going, tidy, and friendly. We have a happy, laid-back, household and want someone who will fit-in. Long-term international visitors welcome.

$300 per week due every second Monday, 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 4 weeks rent.
