About the property

The house is a comfortable, well-maintained place with a relaxed feel — ideal for someone who wants a proper home, not just a room. There’s plenty of natural light, shared living spaces that are actually usable, and a practical layout that makes day-to-day living easy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with good storage, and the common areas are kept tidy and functional. Outside, there’s space to unwind after work and enjoy some fresh air.

It’s a calm household overall — not a party house — and suits someone who values a peaceful, respectful living environment. The place is shared with one friendly dog, so it’s important you’re comfortable with pets.

About the flatmates

Hey! I’m a 26-year-old Aussie guy currently living here solo with my dog Frankie (she’s a cutie). I work in maintenance at a koala sanctuary, so my days are pretty hands-on and usually start early.

I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate who’s easygoing, respectful, and happy to live in a relaxed, drama-free house. I keep the place clean and tidy but I’m not obsessive about it — more “clean as you go” than chore charts.

The place suits someone who’s independent, social when it suits, and comfortable sharing a home rather than just a room. Bonus points if you like dogs, because Frankie will definitely want to be your mate.

I enjoy a quiet beer, a chat after work, and generally keeping things low-key. Not a party house, but friends visiting now and then is totally fine.

If this sounds like your kind of setup, flick me a message with a bit about yourself and we can go from there.
