The house has a decent sized yard with a large enclosed fence as well as a shed..There is a carport at the back of the house near the shed if required. There is a spare room that is mostly used for the cat but usage is up for negotiation.
The house is 5 minutes walk from Keperra train station and 15 mintues walk from Keperra shops that have anything you might require (Woolworths, Aldi, butcher, gym, restuarants, fast food and Bunnings). There is also a bus route on the street that runs The Gap/Mitchelton.
Lease has just been renewed and will be until April 2027.
