About the property
The room is upstairs with lots of natural light and a built in closet.
You will be sharing a bathroom with Erin. The shared bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
It is important to note that Erin has a cat who lives at home with us at all times. He is adorable but if cats are something you’re not a fan of/are allergic to, this might not be the house for you. At the moment we are not looking for any additional pets to move in.
The apartment complex has a pool and bbq area. It is a gated community, safe and quiet.
We are housemates who enjoy each others company and conversation but we also enjoy our personal time. We have devised a chore list between three people so that we can keep our home clean each week and do our part.
We have a garage big enough for one car and one allocated car space by the complex which will be shared between all of us.
