This house will be shared with the landlord who is the owner of the property and her 19 year old son whom are residing in the property. Both of us work full time and spend most our time in our rooms in the evening. On the weekends my son just hibernates in his room or is out with friends or I am out and about or chilling in my room watching a movie.

This house would suite someone wanting to live outside that shared over crowed environment. Ideally the right candidate will be someone who wants to live in welcomed, relaxed, comfortable, and private living setting who can make it their and who is respectful and honest.

Must be clean and tidy, respectful and easy to get a long with.

Located in Kippa-Ring in a nice and quite neighborhood close to shops, rail, waterfront, walking tracks, and clubs. 6 x 6 shed storage for use as undercover side access and off street parking.
