About Room to Let/ I will be replacing the current bed and mattress with new one's most likely a double possibly a queen going on size in room. There is air-conditioning, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. Room is located at front of house and has a view of yard and street. Window has a security roller shutter to minimise noise and light. House has air conditioning, electricity, water and unlimited Wi Fi included in rent.
TV in lounge room has been replaced by 75inch smart TV with Foxtel platinum plus package and home has a landline cordless phone connected.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub are separate from toilet. House is located in a quiet street with minimal traffic and is not far from the railway station and Peninsula Fair, Kippa Ring shopping centres. Only a short drive to the Redcliffe esplanade and beach. There is a fairly large sized front yard and a smaller back one which I keep in order. If you have a vehicle there is only one garage but you would be able to park your car in the driveway only needing to move when I need to go out. With crime the way it is these days this is a safe and respectful neighbourhood to live in. I can say that having lived here for 10 years. I have preference for a female to share the house with as the last 2 people have been males sharing with me over the last 4 years. Unfortunately, no children or pets.

About Housemate / I'm mature, honest and trustworthy who
respects another person's own space and privacy. Am clean and tidy
in and around the house. I do not drink or smoke, am friendly easy going enjoy conversation. I lead a quiet existence, and the house has an atmosphere of peacefulness.
I am community minded and work part time for a local not for profit organization.
